Shipments and Returns:
1. www.labellamarketplace.net reserves the right to cancel any order that we feel we cannot fulfill. In this case, the customer will be notified by e-mail and will receive a refund in full.
2. After purchase, you will receive a receipt. Once the order has been filled by the shipping department and shipped, the customer will be notified via e-mail. The customer will receive the tracking ID(s) for their order. If there were any refunds made or any items on backorder, the customer will be notified as well. The customer has the right to cancel any item that is backordered, and will receive a full item refund.
3. If anything in your order arrives damaged, please contact customer support immediately via e-mail. Please attach a picture of the damged item(s) for our records. We will then refund the item back onto the customer's credit card. If the full order has been damaged, we will resend the order. The customer has the right to cancel the order at this point if they wish to receive a full refund. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to customer support for a refund. If the item is outdated, we will issue you a refund. Please note that on most of the Italian Imported items that we sell, the dates are in mm/dd/year format. No refunds will be made on items that are not expired. If you order an item in bulk, please contact customer support for expiration date. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE SHORT DATED BY A MONTH. If you would like to return the item for a refund, shipping is at the customer's expense. Once the item is back to us, the customer's credit card will be refunded for the item only. For any additional questions please contact customer support.
4. Shipping rates within the Continental United States are flat rate charge of $12.00. We currently do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. The maximum weight for shipping is 30 LBS for the Continental United States. Shipping rates are non-refundable unless the order has been damaged or cancelled.
