Business Information:

1. www.labellamarketplace.net is part of the La Bella Marketplace group. Prices on the website for shipping do not reflect prices in the stores. www.labellamarketplace.net is owned and operated by FPL Foods Inc. located at 7907 13th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11228.

Purchases:

1. Purchases made on our website are made securely through authorize.net. We never store your credit card information on our website. We do not offer the service of storing your credit card on our website. The forms of payment that we accept are VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER only. 

2. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends. Please allow in certain cases up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. Shipping is done through Fedex Home Delivery. In most cases, you can expect your order to be delivered by Fedex within 1 to 6 business days, depending on where in the country you are located. Standard shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are higher. 

3. Gift baskets may take longer then 3 business days to ship. Gift baskets are normally shipped throughout the country, however, if you live in the vicinity of our Brooklyn and Staten Island stores, a home delivery may be made. If you have any questions please contact customer support for additional information. 

4. Minimum purchase on our website is $15.00. There is no maximum purchase price, however, please refer to the "Shipments and Returns" section of our Terms and Conidtions for maximum package weight of a shipment.


Shipments and Returns:

1. www.labellamarketplace.net reserves the right to cancel any order that we feel we cannot fulfill. In this case, the customer will be notified by e-mail and will receive a refund in full. 

2. After purchase, you will receive a receipt. Once the order has been filled by the shipping department and shipped, the customer will be notified via e-mail. The customer will receive the tracking ID(s) for their order. If there were any refunds made or any items on backorder, the customer will be notified as well. The customer has the right to cancel any item that is backordered, and will receive a full item refund. 

3. If anything in your order arrives damaged, please contact customer support immediately via e-mail. Please attached a picture of the damged item(s) for our records. We will then refund the item back onto the customer's credit card. If the full order has been damaged, we will resend you the order. The customer has the right to cancel the order at this point if they wish to receive a full refund. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to customer support for a refund. If the item is outdated, we will issue you a refund. Please note that on most of the Italian Imported items that we sell, the dates are in mm/dd/year format. No refunds will be made on items that are not expired. If you order an item in bulk, please contact customer support for expiration date. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE SHORT DATED BY A MONTH. If you would like to return the item for a refund, shipping is at the customer's expense. Once the item is back to us, the customer's credit card will be refunded for the item only. For any additional questions please contact cumstomer support.

4. Shipping rates within the Continental United States are flat rate charges based on original order weight. Shipping rates for Hawaii and Alaska is a standard flat rate fee of $35.00. We offer free shipping for all orders that meet or exceed $100.00 within the Continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska are not subject to free shipping). The maximum weight for shipping is 50 LBS for the Continental United States and 40LBS for Hawaii and Alaska not matter the shipping catagory available. Please note that when selecting the Free Shipping method, if your order exceeds 50 LBS it may cancelled or partially refunded. Shipping rates are non refundable unless the order has been damaged or cancelled. Please see the chart bellow for all shipping rates:

Continental United States:

0.01-10.0 LBS $10.00
10.01-35.0 LBS $15.00
35.01-50.0 LBS $20.00
Free Shipping Available for all orders that meet or exceed $100.00. *Customer must select free shipping when their order reaches $100.00 before shipping costs for this to be available.

5. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be made through USPS.
